General Terms and Conditions
The price per night includes:
- Umbrella and a sunbed by the pool;
- High-speed WiFi and satellite television;
- Steam bath and sauna;
- 20 min massage of one of the guests in the room;
- Cleaning once a day;
- Change of bed linen and towels once every three days;
- Tourist tax;
- All additional services offered by the hotel are paid at the reception, in BGN, at the approved prices.

The condition for booking is payment of 50% of the value of the stay, up to 48 hours after receiving an email with the reservation number.
The prepayment can be done by the following ways:
1) Bank transfer

2) Virtual POS terminal – 50 % of the value of the booking up to 48h after receiving an email confirmation from the hotel and after the guest completes an authorization form.
- When paying by bank transfer, please specify: The name of the guest for accommodation, the room and the period.
- The booking is considered valid after a confirmed offer by email from the guest and 50% paid in advance up to 48 hours after.
- The full amount of the stay must be paid at the latest on the day of check-in at the reception.
- All prices are in Bulgarian leva with VAT included.
- All damages during the stay are paid in double the market price, at the reception when the room is vacated.
- Cancellation policies:
- 14 days before the date of arrival you can cancel or shorten your stay without penalty;
- 13 to 10 days before the date of arrival 100% of the price for the first night will be charged;
- 9 days before the date of arrival 100% of the entire booked stay under the agreed price will be charged;
- In case the guest does not arrive and there is no written cancellation, the entire booked stay shall be paid at 100%;
- In case you shorten your stay after check-in at our hotel, 100% of the value of the nights with which you have shortened your stay will be charged;
We understand that the situation around COVID 19 is dynamic and it may be impossible to for both parties to complete a booking. In the event of such a case and in the presence of force majeure circumstances (emergency epidemic situation, etc.), Villa Ambrosia will provide an opportunity to refund the amounts paid or change the dates of stay without additional fees.
- All of our guests who have stayed with us more than 3 times enjoy a permanent fixed 10% discount on the prices of the hotel, restaurant, bar and Spa center. Their four-legged pets up to 5 kg vacation for free with us.
