General Terms and Conditions
1. The price per night includes:
- Umbrella and deck chair by the pool;
- High speed Wi Fi and satellite TV;
- Steam bath and sauna;
- 20 minutes massage of one of the guests in the room;
- Cleaning the rooms daily;
- Change of bed linen and towels;
- Tourist tax;
- All additional services offered by the hotel are paid at the reception, in BGN, at a regular price.
2. Reservation and payment:

The condition for booking is payment of 50% of the value of the stay, up to 48 hours after receiving an email with the reservation number.
You can prepay in the following ways:
1) Bank transfer
Villa Ambrosia EAD
2) Virtual POS terminal – 50% of the value of the reservation within 48 hours after receiving an email confirmation from the hotel and after completing the authorization form by the guest.
3. When paying by bank transfer, please indicate: The name of the guest for accommodation, the room and the period.
4. The reservation is considered valid after a confirmed offer by email from the guest and paid 50% advance up to 48 hours later.
5. The full amount of the stay must be paid no later than the day of check-in at the reception.
6. All prices are in Bulgarian levs including VAT.
7. All damages caused during the stay are paid in double, at the reception when the room is vacated.
8. Cancellation policies:
14 days before the date of arrival you can cancel or reduce your stay without penalty;
13 to 10 days before the date of arrival 100% of the price for the first night will be charged;
9 days before the date of arrival 100% of the entire booked stay at the agreed price will be charged;
In case the guest does not arrive and there is no written cancellation, the entire booked stay is paid at 100%;
In case you shorten your stay after accommodation in our hotel, 100% of the value of the nights with which you have shortened your stay will be charged;
We understand that the situation around COVID 19 is dynamic and it may be impossible to make reservations on both sides. In the event of such a case and the presence of force majeure (declaration of a state of emergency and checkpoints), Villa Ambrosia will provide an opportunity to refund the amounts paid or change the dates of stay without additional fees.
9. All our guests who have stayed with us more than 3 times enjoy a 10% discount on the prices of the hotel and restaurant. Their four-legged pets rest for free with us.
Two discounts cannot be combined in one reservation.
